Unlike traditional paving companies that focus on large resurfacing projects, Spadoni Asphalt specializes in targeted asphalt repairs—the kind that fix real problems without unnecessary demolition, oversized crews, or inflated costs.
By mobilizing the right equipment for each job, we’re able to complete repairs efficiently, keep disruption to a minimum, and tailor solutions to the exact conditions of your pavement—never a one-size-fits-all approach.
We believe property owners and managers should have access to high-quality asphalt services at practical price points.

Tree roots can push pavement upward, fracture asphalt, and create trip hazards. We remove damaged sections, cut back intrusive roots when possible, rebuild the base, and install new asphalt to restore smooth, safe surfaces.
Alligator cracking is a sign of structural breakdown. We fully remove compromised sections, repair the underlying base, and replace the asphalt to stop deterioration from spreading across your lot.
Utility work from plumbers, electricians, fiber-optic installers, or municipalities often leaves behind trenches that settle over time—creating uneven pavement, cracks, and trip hazards.
We perform professional utility cut asphalt repairs by saw-cutting clean edges, rebuilding the trench with properly compacted aggregate base, installing hot-mix asphalt, and sealing seams to prevent future settlement.
These repairs restore smooth driving surfaces, protect underground work, and keep your lot compliant and professional-looking.

When asphalt keeps cracking or sinking in the same areas, the problem usually isn’t the surface—it’s the foundation beneath it.
Our structural base stabilization process involves excavating failed subgrade, installing new aggregate base, grading to proper elevation, and compacting in lifts to restore load-bearing strength before placing new hot asphalt above. This approach prevents repeat failures, eliminates soft spots, and significantly extends the life of your pavement.
Low spots in asphalt—often called “birdbaths”—allow water to pool after rain, accelerating deterioration and creating slip hazards. These depressions are usually caused by settling subgrade, erosion, or poor drainage beneath the surface.
Rather than simply filling over the problem, our team removes the sunken area, rebuilds and compacts the base, and installs new hot asphalt to restore proper grade and water flow—helping prevent future failures and premature wear.across your lot.
From freeze-thaw cycles to water infiltration and base failure, potholes rarely fix themselves. Our crews excavate unstable areas, rebuild the foundation, and install properly compacted hot asphalt for long-lasting repairs.
If water intrusion around drainage structures is contributing to pavement failure, we may recommend catch basin or drainage repairs to prevent recurring damage and protect your investment long-term.
Well-maintained asphalt doesn’t just look better—it protects your investment.
Addressing pavement issues early can dramatically extend the life of your surface while preventing more expensive reconstruction down the road. Repairs like crack sealing, patching potholes, and stabilizing base failures are typically far more affordable than full-scale repaving.
Timely repairs also improve safety for drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists—reducing trip hazards, vehicle damage, and potential liability.
Catching problems early saves money, preserves curb appeal, and keeps your property operating smoothly.

We saw-cut and remove the failed pavement section, clearing out roots, debris, and unstable material. The base is graded and compacted, with additional aggregate installed as needed.

We place 2–3 inches of hot asphalt heated to over 300°F and compact it thoroughly using professional plate compactors to achieve proper density and durability.

All joints between old and new pavement are sealed with hot rubberized tar to prevent water infiltration and extend the life of the repair.
Most areas can reopen to traffic within just a few hours.
When asphalt fails, nearby concrete often needs attention as well.
To simplify your project, Spadoni Asphalt also provides Concrete & Curb Repair services—allowing you to coordinate sidewalks, curbs, aprons, and ramps alongside your asphalt work.
Whether you’re dealing with a sunken walkway, cracked curb lines, deteriorating garage aprons, or damaged ADA access areas, we can bundle repairs into one efficient visit—saving time and keeping your property consistent, safe, and professional.
