Inquiries, Complaints, Requests, & Other Burning Questions That Suddenly Became Urgent at 4:59pm
If it matters, bring it up early, not at quitting time. Schedule requests should be made in advance, complaints should be work-related and direct, and questions should be asked before tools are put away. Waiting until the last minute may result in eye-rolling, heavy sighs, and a "mom speech".
