1) Surface Preparation

2) Asphalt Crack Fill

3) Sealcoat Application
In a two-coat application, we seal driveways and parking lots with our supplier's premium sealer and use specialty seal brooms. A paintbrush will be used for areas requiring more precise application, like those near the garage door.
4) Cure-Time
Approximately 24 hours are needed for curing after the second coat has been applied. The sprinklers should be turned off during this time and we highly recommend no one drives on the newly sealed driveway or parking lot during this time.
