We stands by our work and have one of the best warranties covering our asphalt sealcoating services.
Spadoni Asphalt Maintenance warrants and guarantees the workmanship and quality of materials for the work and period of time as stated below.
SEALCOATING APPLICATION
We warrant against sealer that has come loose from asphalt for one year from date of application. We will reapply sealer to the affected area free of charge.
- This warranty doesn't cover damage during the 24-hour sealcoat curing process due to sprinklers turned on before or after sealer application, tire marks, and people/animals walking on the wet sealcoat.
- This warranty doesn't cover damage due to oil gas and anti-freeze spills, tire marks, tree sap, heavy machinery, tire chains, and studded tires.
CRACK FILLING
We warrant against any tar coming loose from asphalt for a period of 90 days from the date of application. We will reapply hot tar to the affected areas free of charge. Subsequent cracks can be filled for a discount.
- This warranty doesn't cover heavily cracked (alligatored) areas and cracks along the edge of the ashpalt where the base has already been compromised.
- This warranty doesn't cover reoccuring cracks due to ground movement, insufficient base support, and the expansion and contraction of cracks due to extreme fluctuations in temperature.
LINE STRIPING / PAINTING
We warrant against any painted areas flaking for the a period of 90 days from date of application. We will reapply paint to the affected area free of charge.
- This warranty doesn't cover damage due to tire marks after paint has cured.
ASPHALT REPAIRS
We warrant against any asphalt defects from for a period of one year from date of application. We will reapply asphalt to the affected area free of charge.
- This warranty doesn't cover asphalt that is heavily cracked or if repair is adjacent to heavily cracked area.
- This warranty doesn't cover damage due to motorcycle stands, jacks or heavy equipment.
- This warranty doesn't cover damage due to ground movement, insufficient base support, or root systems from surrounding trees/landscape.
